I have a low resolution graphic image for a older cover I would like to do, my question is: Can I improve the resolution of this image by selecting it, placing it in a new file and then use the brush, pen and fill tools to add fill to the existing image. I have never done this before but it would seem it is somehow possible. Thanks.

| You can Bicubic resample the image using photoshop, but there is no real way to make an images resolution better, it just doesnt work, photoshop will give it a damn good try though. |
