Below is the information you need to put a link in your post and to upload your preview image.
If you have a preview that is currently hosted on Image Shack please convert it over to my FTP. If you need help using my FTP, please contact me.
Preview sizes:
Labels can be up to 600x600 Pixels at 300dpi
Covers can be up to 1014x6.75 Pixels at 300dpi

I have setup a dedicated FTP that can be used to host your preview thumnails.
The following is the syntax you place in your post so that your image will appear. Do not use Capitals, and connect words in the title with underscors.
[img]ftp://Upload@208.186.176.115/your_thumbnail.jpg[/img]
