The bad news about summer is somedays its hot, the good news is the wife fires up the grill so the house stays cool. Yesterday she marinated some baby back pork ribs in a dry rub for 24hrs and today she cooked them out on the BBQ along with some grilled fresh mini-peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and onions. That was some gooood eatin'.....and I am one lucky guy.

Sounds great TK. I only have one rule about the grill in my house. I'm the only one who gets to use it.

I ate almost 6 hours ago and I'm still stuffed! Probably didn't help going to see X-Men 3 and sitting on my behind right after, by the way, the movie is pretty good.
Snips, she bought me the grill, I gotta let her use it now and then.
Ripper, I'd send you some leftovers but (burp)...there ain't none! Laughing
