I've had to vote no because if i have a nap i wont want be get bak up and go to work. I do think you should be giving at least 1 duvet day in the winter tho. Very Happy

hard one anna since i am self employed and if i take a nap between jobs sites then i would be more tired.......but on the other hand if i had a regular job i think i would love to take a nap here and there (i know i have before working the graveyard shift) Laughing

I had to vote no on this one. The outfit I'm working for would want to extend the day to cover the nap-time. As a matter of fact, I'd give up the hour lunch break if it would mean that I wouldn't have to put in a 9 hour office day.

Of course, I knew a guy that was able to prop himself up in front of his computer screen and nap while it "looked" like he was working. (No not me, I'd fall on my face.) Rolling Eyes

I voted yes,I read somewhere a 15 min cat nap can make you more alert and ready to take on the rest of work day.

i say YES! how bout naptime from 7:30 - 4:00...with worktime being from 11:30 - 12:30? eliminate the work time on days you're hung over. Smile

Being as I work alone on the road if I napped I would probably sleep til dinnertime and forget all about work. So a nap is unlikely in my position. Sounds good though.
