Nicolas Cage is looking even less like a leading man in this one than usual, if that's possible, but this is still a fun film, despite the wild implausibility of just about everything in it. Suspension of disbelief is key, but if you can do that then it's not a bad watch. It moves along quickly and has lots of action. The ending alludes to a possible lead-in to a 3rd film as well.

I watched it the other night all in all not that bad of a movie but it's
not one of Nicolas Cage's best movies either.
