ok, this obviously wasnt meant to be a serious movie. if you've seen the original cartoon, then you know what the movie was like. the ensemble cast was just right; the movie had john goodman, susan sarandon, christina ricci among others.
speed agrees to race in the very race that supposedly killed his brother to help the govt get a file that has incriminating evidence against the bad guy. the story of racer x that was put into the movie stayed pretty true to the cartoon as well. grade: C
