This is the way that superhero movies should be, with the right leading man, and a good blend of action and humor. This was a fun movie to watch, Robert Downey is a perfect fit as Tony Stark, and what North American isn't going to enjoy some scenes of Afghani buttkicking in these days and times? Cool effects and armor, and was that really Jeff Bridges bald and with a beard? Yes it was! Terence Howard was kind of drawn in from a piece of cardboard and I've never been a Gwyneth Paltrow fan, but you're not there to see them anyway, so whatever.

Fun, light and entertaining. I enjoyed it, and was happy to see it on the big screen (first one of those I've been to in a while)

Git to agree with tailion on all points. I was very pleasantly surprised with this one. Overall I would have to rate this an A-. Looking forward to the sequel.

I thought it was really good too. This may be the film that gets me to break down a buy a Blu-ray player when it comes out on video.
