Inaptly named movie where truly nothing much really happens. It just kind of moves from start to finish, and the sense of the unknown or suspense never really gets going. M. Night seems to have blown his wad in the first couple of movies that he made, and seems to be moving into a continuous stream of yawners. It's not that it was bad (aside from a particular scene or two) it's just that it wasn't particularly exciting either, and as it unfolded the next move at any time seemed eminently predictable. The sense of mystery that is supposed to enshroud his movies was just plain absent, and some of the characters just seemed gratuitously silly. A timekiller, and nothing more. |

I just finished watching and have to agree with the above. Too bad I hadn't read this first I'd give it a C _________________ For every person with a spark of genius, there are a hundred with ignition trouble. |
