| A powerful and compelling movie with strong performances, this story starts off as the advance into manhood of a young boy in the hands of an older woman and then it takes a dramatic and unexpected turn. The characters each deal with their emotional weaknesses and while it's hard to like any of them it's also very hard not to feel sympathy and empathy for them. Very powerful, and at times dark, and definitely worth seeing. |
