an unknown virus kills 2.5 million people before a cure is found. of course, a cure is found and the world is saved. the last scene shows us how the virus is transmitted to humans from the animal world.
this is a typical "disease" movie. it was a big DUD. with all of the stars in the ensemble cast (paltrow, damon among them), i thought it would be better. rainy day rental at best. GRADE: C-/C.
