Just select this tool and use it by dragging it across a newly created blank layer.
Then use your paint bucket and fill in the outline which you have just made with any colour of your choice. Then, DESELECT your outline.
Then go to the FILTER (see it at the top of this displayed image) click on BLUR and then click on MOTION BLUR then adjust the settings to, 90 degrees and 134 pixels distance.
And thats it.
You can add GUASSIAN BLUR to the your MOTION BLUR for super fine effect. Have a little play with it. It will be very useful for you and will help you produce some stunning effects. _________________
