I have yet to play with this but it looks like in PS CS2 you can choose from over a dozen spotlight effects and you can use multiple spotlights to create your own effect.
Find it under, Filter, Render, Lighting Effects. |

Hi flyers, I know that you use paintshop pro. So just go to Effects/Illumination/Lights, then you can play with the settings to get the efeect you want. _________________

thanks boxer, but i should have pointed out that i use PSP.
I'll give it a shot BA...
i came up with a different idea on the how..but the means is out of my league.
i made a circle filled with white. i then wanted to make the beam separately since the opacity will be different. but i can't figure out how to separate the BEAM i make from the circle to get just IT filled with white.
i'll keep at it with both see where i end up.
thanks!
EDIT : Now in the WIP section. |
