this one is a total waste of time. the commercials were a total fabrication to make u think the movie was 1/2 decent. the movie studio should be giving us a rebate for this one!!!!!!! grade: F-

seems that M Night is living off his past successes. how many more sub par movies will it take for his reputation to take a hit?

i'll be saving my money on this one.

I didn't even consider seeing this one in the theater. I really like Paul Giamatti, but I have really disliked M Knight's last two movies.

I boycotted M Knight's movies after The Village. Unbreakable and Sightings were just bad but The Village is where I realized all his movies are just hype.
Haven't sen Lady in the Water but I heard the bow mic was visable in half of the movie

That's a shame!! Crying or Very sad By the sound of it, I think I'll wait for the DVD instead of paying $8 at the movies.

I haven't seen it yet..... maybe I'll pop my own popcorn and watch it at home as a rental. I did like Unbreakable... I think the concept was unusual and the part the Willis played was sort of a new role for him. In general I like comic book heros.

ok...i finally watched this movie.

and i was pleasantly surprised. maybe it was because i went into it thinking i was going to hate it....but i didn't. i liked it. I gotta disagree with BHD on this one.

It's no "sixth sense" or "unbreakable", but it's pretty good.

I watched the DVD of it the other night and I just can't decide if I liked it
or not it's just one of those love it or hate it kind of movies for most people
though. Yeah the Village was a big let down for me also so I guess I wasn't
really expecting much out of this one here so that is why I can't decide if I
liked it or not. The movie wasn't as corny as the Village was but it wasn't the
worst one I've seen all year either. Confused

I also tried to watch it but fell asleep after 15min. I never liked films of M Nigh. I really don't know why Hollywood forces some directors and banishes others, who are better in their line of work.

Didn't hate it. didn't love it. Really have very little emotion at all attached to it. It filled a couple of hours and that's about it. M Night really seems to be pretty hit or miss. I'll still watch the next one. We'll see what happens.

self indulgent mess - which is a shame because the two leads were bloomin' good working with a script a 4-year old could of written! recommend this to someone you don't like! Wink
