Below are the settings for your FTP Program.

Username: Upload

Host / IP / URL : 70.90.213.67

Password: There Is No Password

Use Passive Mode

Port: 21

Below is the Site Manager box which opens every time you start Core FTP. The settings that you see below are the EXACT settings for the Preview FTP, regardless of the FTP program being used.
