A man was walking down the street and in the distance he could see a little boy coming toward him. As the boy got closer he could see that the boy was in a red wagon being pulled by a dog. When the boy finally got close enough, the man was horrified to see that the dog was pulling the wagon with a rope tied to his genitals. The man said to the boy, "You know, you will go a lot faster if you tie that rope around the dogs neck." The boy replied, "Yeah, but I wont have that cool siren!"
