When I try to log on to website from home with desktop or laptop, it says waitng for reply from the website and it never loads, but when I go to work it logs on right away, no problem.
At home I have cleaned out cahce, cookies, did virus and spyware scan, I have defraged, and still cant get in to website, I havent add anything in terms of software or hardware, everything was working fine up till last night when I started having problems, does any body have any ideas what might be happening. _________________ Ken |

There seemed to be a problem earlier on, but everything seems sorted now. How is it for you now? Are you still having problems? _________________

Thanks for the reply Boneapart, it seems to have started working just fine again, I guess that is the thing about pc's, it works one minute and not the next, I just couldnt figure out why I could get on at work but not at home on desktop or laptop, but it's working now. By the way I like your new signature. _________________ Ken |

Hey kveits007
I couldn't get access yesterday either (only tried on my laptop) and today when I did get access, I had to sign in (I use the always signed option).
I think the problem was with the server

It may have been that the server had a temporary problem with some IPs and the IP at you work is different than the IP you use at home. Or maybe the problem was sporadic, and when you signed in at work it was between problems. Maybe the server had a problem with its IP. Or it could be that the server went out and got drunk and its chipset had a wicked hangover.
Those are just guesses, but I wouldn't worry about your computers. I am pretty sure the problem was with the server and not us. _________________ "Bat Boy Shmat Boy! I'm still carrying logs!"
