Custom covers for kids movies

I just returned from a deployment in afghanistan and was going through my kids movies to find out what I can combine and open up more space. Im looking for a custom collection cover for each set of movies and I couldn't find any of the following. I received some custom covers before that turned out perfect. Any help finding or creating would be appreciated, 'Please'. I know there are a lot, but I'm not in a super hurry, and they are all the disney movies.

Open Season one and two (thinkpak)
Brother Bear one and two
Madagascar one and two (thinpak)
Peter Pan one and two
Jungle Book one and two
