My Name is Bruce

For those of you who know Bruce Campbell from the Evil Dead trilogy you'll know that he makes a schtick out of the "macho funny" kind of thing (which really worked in Army of Darkness) and of being a B-movie actor. he prides himself on it.

So, that being said, the premise of this movie is basically to make fun of himself and his career, under the premise of him in real life being sucked into a monster situation. It's kind of a one joke movie, with one funny scene, and the rest of it is just kind of fast forward through the frames because it's too silly to watch. If you're a big fan of his then you'll probably want to watch this even though you might not enjoy it all, except for the references. if you're not a fan of his then it's absolutely pointless to try to watch it at all, because it's just basically too stupid to sit through.

He should have made "Make Love The Bruce Campbell Way". It's far more better and wittier than this... whatever this movie is. I'm a big fan, but I think Bruce is slowly losing his touch. Must be cause of the age, but... I'm not quite shure.
