Another boring night and nothing on. I was out foted on this one so it was rented, and we settled back to watch a bit of trivial fluff. I wasn't expecting anything so I figured I wouldn't be disappointed.
To my surprise I actually enjoyed this. Yes it is in almost every way a "chick flick", but a reasonably well done one. a decent story line that flowed well. Good acting and well placed humour.
Or maybe it was the few beer I had? ANyway I give it a B _________________ For every person with a spark of genius, there are a hundred with ignition trouble. |

I thought it was ok but nothing more than that. He would keep making the same mistakes over and over again, and the adult type speeches about sex and relationships were sometimes painful to watch. It was kind of a throwback to those body switching movies of the 80's (Vice Versa and 18 Again) except IMHO 18 Again was much better done. The Uncle/Friend was kind of an amusing nebbish though.
I'd give it a C- |
