a crime thriller where an investigative reporter implicates himself to prove that a DA (michael douglass) is doctoring DNA evidence to get convictions and possibly set himself up for a governorship. you have to watch closely as there is a twist to the movie!
this would have been a much better movie if the casting agent put in one or two better / known actors other than douglas. as is, it was an average movie at best w/ the average acting. grade: C+
