a successful book editor resigns (daniel craig) from his post so that he can spend more time with his family and switch careers to become an author. after moving into their new house in a more rural setting, the family discovers that a gruesome tragedy has taken place in the house and a mystery of the man, his wife (rachel weiz) and their two daughters starts to unfold. we find out what part each.
this was an interesting movie. the commercials really throw you off as to what the plot was. i found the twist to be a good one as this one kept me wanting to know what the darn surprise was. GRADE: B
