Hi peeps, i have a question for all of you.
I'm wondering how most of you store their dvd collection.
I have the normal dvd cases and i want to store them in like a big 'cupboard'. I'm looking all over the place to get my +- 600 dvd collection stored but i can't find a thing. I'm thinking of making one myself. Did some of you bought a decent one or did you make something yourself too? If so is it possible to show me an example.
Thanks _________________ Better let people think ur a fool then open ur mouth and remove al doubt. |

I lucked out and got shelving for dvds from a store that was closing out, just did a quick mod and now my 800+ collection is hanging on 2 walls.
I think i might have as many as the local rental store...lol.
do a search on google, u might find some designs or ideas there, other than that if your looking to build shelving, just remember to have the ends of the shelves capped so the dvds won't fall off, basic "L" brackets will hold it fine, just be sure to hit the studs.

I just bought two dvd shelves that hold 400 each, but now I go thin case with all my stuff to save room, using undercoverXP. It's actually a mixture of both standard and thin.

well i decide to make a dvd shelve myself, it should be able to contain about 1000 dvd's. It's the first time i make something myself but i'll try to make some pictures of it while i'm busy and when i'm done. But i can say one thing, it will take some time _________________ Better let people think ur a fool then open ur mouth and remove al doubt. |
