That is one strange pose on the cover, the arm looks over-exposed, maybe you could select the arm and bring the levels and color balance a bit closer to her face and neck. Is that Kirsten Dunst? I'd consider her lipstick color for the text background.
I know you're in the early stages here and I know it'll look good when you are finished. Keep on going!
