If you get that 'End of Service' (which is BS) message you need the Epson Adjustment program. I believe its the program they use at Epson service places. |

i had the same problem kveits007 but thanks to a friend here i got it sorted. Cheatman has the link for the program you need its the one just install the program after that put in the installed printers and the model you have in (show main window) just right click on the printer icon at the bottom right hand side of the screen in your task bar and you should see it at the top click it and you should see ink monitor, configuration, resetter select configuration then sort them out first otherwise it wont work |

Cheatman is THE MAN, when it comes to PC help! He helped me get my drivers updaated for my motherboard, when I had no clue what version I had etc. etc. I didn't even know a driver update would solve my problem! _________________ http://www.myspace.com/animationjesus |

It normally means your waste ink pad counter needs resetting.
I took my to the shop and they said the pad can last two resets and would change it on the third. Or you can get a waste ink bottle fiited so you never need wory about changing the pad. If you use the utility you need to reset the "protection counter" then power off the printer for a minute.
Its that easy.
good luck |
