loved this movie, very funny...had to make a cvr as nothin around for it, all images on back made from screenshots I took myself.....
heres update, thanx to some images I found with help from nonny...

THANX AGAIN NONNY for these, I have used one of them on an alternative cvr.... I have sent you an e.mail regarding a couple of my images, see what you can do buddy....and I will submit the alternate cvr when done....

Of course Georgie, this is a different picture, the links i provided don't contain a tutorial but fairly high-ress images of the movie Botched !
The screenshots you provided can't be cleaned up, they are way to bad.
So i did surf the whole Internet to find you some pictures.
On the first link you have to right mouse click on that 3 pictures : than view image.
On the second link with the slideshow you can right mouse click on a photo then click on the image (sometimes twice) too make it larger 
Ps. this "blog" is from the Directors brother (of Botched)
Hope the pictures will help you.

The quality of the back picture looks much better,
But the layout of the back pictures looks to chaotic to me,
Maybe you can try to blend them in nicely or try another arrangement.
I know i ask a high standard but you can do it Georgie.

I think if I lose the back pic of the frowning man, it will look less cluttered. thanx bud...its a chaotic film by the way... its mad, but funny....bit like me
