Played a little more with this one and did 2 versions with different fronts and labels  ....hope you like
will be uploading hopefully later today when I get up
The outer glow for the title is not as pronounced in the full size image

Thank you megafee ....the front is a poster that I found and it took about 1 hour to try and match a similar effect for the rest of the cover, I found a tutorial for a rain effect in a PS7 book I came across
When I have time I will type it out for you guys
