I have an idea and I want to create a website but I need some help. Does anybody know where can I create a website free of charge? It is very important.

You can download some useful software from torrents. For example, you can use Dreamweaver, but to use it you have to learn how it works and some basics of HTML. Well you have to spend some time on learning. If you want to create a website without any skills, I can advise you some useful websites: monstr.su , gertwebsite.net, freewebslabs.com
