the white house is over run by a group of men, led by a retiring head of the president's secret service detail, who are trying to kidnap the president. luckily for the president (jamie foxx), a secret service agent (channing tatum) who is on a white house tour with his daughter, comes to his rescue through the ordeal. the downfall of the group is the different agendas of the men in the group and the luck (and skill) of the secret service agent, who just happened to apply for a job on the president's security detail.
have to say this was better than i thought. the commercials make the movie look like a comedy, but it was a fairly decent action flick. GRADE: B-
