a computer programmer, who is responsible for creating software that enables robot policemen to effectively eradiate all crime, decides to install a new software into one of the robots. it is a new software that will give the robot the ability to think and act as a human. the trouble starts when he gets robbed of the robot by a band of criminals and a competitor programmer wants to get his robot into mainstream use.
whew, this was not a good movie. for some reason, I thought it was a kid's movie....NOT. this is a rental movie only when you have nothing else to do and the rain is pummeling the streets! GRADE: D-.
